1. Offer

• This exclusive offer is extended to invited charities and organisations validated and authorised by PRS Office Furniture. We retain the right to decline, or revoke offers up to and included the delivery date.
• Orders places by unauthorised charity or organisation orders will be rejected.
• Items should not be resold for monetary gain or any other form of compensation.

2. Product

• High level safety checks have been completed to ensure the suitability of these items to ensure they are suitable for re-use, but they come with no warranty.
• PRS Office Furniture is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the donated items.

3. Delivery

• Delivery will be free of charge and to minimize costs it will be scheduled according to our next available delivery slot in your area. Alternatively, collection can be arranged from our warehouse in Pitstone, Bedfordshire. This delivery lead time is not reflective of our normal service level.
